Naturegenic's CRISPR/Cas9 Protein Service is a C-terminal nuclear-localization signal (NLS) modified for use in CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing experiments as a Cas9 recombinant protein derived from Streptococcus pyogenes.
The electroporation of the Cas9-sgRNARbonucleoprotein (RNP) complex enables rapid gene editing and minimizes off-target effects.
This service is also applicable to RNP delivery by Transfection reagents. Also, Customized Cas9 is available.
